It’s been 30 years since I first stepped into the print industry as a trainee and I’m still fascinated by the vast range of possibilities you can achieve through print. I have extensive knowledge and expertise, plus a raft of great creative contacts – but most importantly, I love to find creative ways to make print memorable and beautiful, and mixing print techniques for the best possible results. Whether you’re looking for bespoke print craft or something smart and simple, as the Print Lady, I’m here to deliver the fabulous wedding stationery you’ve dreamed of, and to deliver it on schedule and to budget.
How I work
WHY COME TO ME AND NOT DIRECT TO A PRINTER?
In a nutshell, you get the benefit of my experience, and the wisdom learned from other people’s mistakes! There’s the fact I have a network of wonderfully creative print folk too. This gives me the freedom to choose the best options for you and your budget, and means I can choose different people for printing and finishing all your wedding materials to get the most beautiful results.
HOW DO I MAKE MY MONEY?
Always a fair question. Any printer will mark up the cost of materials, outsourcing and delivery when they print. By managing these elements for you I give you more options and although I make a small mark up on each element, I essentially get a trade price from the suppliers. So it really won’t cost you any more than going direct. In fact, by making the right decisions I might even save you money!
WHAT MAKES ME TICK?
My natural need to ask ‘why’ a lot means I’m always learning about new and different elements within the print production process. These discoveries help things look that bit more fabulous! If a supplier has some new kit, I’ll be there finding out all about it and how it can be used to make your wedding stationery even more fabulous.
